Program Design

The first session of LIFE will begin during the Fall Semester and end at the conclusion of the Spring Semester. The second session will begin during the Spring Semester and end of the conclusion of the Summer Semester . Participants will be required to complete 60-80 hours with the program. Approximately  8 of these hours will be training workshops, which is the time students will spend at the clinic site delivering health messages, the other 12 hours will be spent in training.

Filed Experience

During this period, participants will be placed at their field experience site. Participants will be scheduled for these  time slots based on field experience site hours and participants availability.

Participants may be will be placed in groups of 2 to 3 in order to provide the best experience for both field experience site and participants. Time slots will be approximately 2-3 hours long  for 6-8 hours a week.

 

Final Meeting & Recognition Dinner
